Now I see what you're after. Sounds like you've already added an EditorCommentString value in the registry (per article Q165640
HOWTO: Customize the Comment and Uncomment Strings in VFP) but instead of the date expression being evaluated, you're getting the literal string, right? If so then the OKL, or the IntelliSense approach Alex suggested, are probably your best bet.
