I found the article in the April 97 FoxPro Advisor by Dan LeClair on locked columns in a split grid (i.e. act like a spreadsheet). The control suggested is somewhat lengthy and only requires one grid. I suggest either finding the issue or sending Dan and email at 76150,1527@compuserve.com
