Do you have the necessary properties set up for the web directory? Do you it configured to allow for execution?
Go to the IIS Manager and select your web site, right-click and select Properties. Go to the Home Directory tab and select the Configuration button. The extension ASP should be directed to your new asp.dll. ASP preprocesses your ASP pages and creates HTML to send to the client.
