Hi,

I have a VFP 6.0 SP5 application running on a little network (about 8 computers). When 5 or 6 computers are running my application at the same time, all works fine, but when all the computers are running it, some of them suddenly disconnect from the network. What I men with "disconnect" is that if the application was accessing the data on unit F: (a network unit), this drive becomes unavailable without an apparent reason. Some moments ago, the unit becomes available again! My customer was oriented to change his old hub (a 8-ports unreliable hub) for a new one (a 3Com 16-ports) and the problem persists.
Does anyone have any comments on this. Lately any ideas are appreciated. <g>
