>You should be able to assign Execute rights to the user in the Enterprise Manager. Open the Databases folder for the server in question. Then open Master/Objects/Extended Stored Procedures. Right-click the xp_sendmail procedure and click Permissions. Grant Execute rights to the necessary users.
