Not reliably without artificially slowing the processor speed, which will affect the performance of all apps run on the PC. See

The upgrade from 2.5-2.6 is not free; you'd have to purchase a VFP version, and then contact your MS Sales Office to downgrade it, if they still provide the service; FPW is no longer a supported product - MS will not provide support or formal assistance with the product.

Substantial rewriting is required to port the application; the free converter is not designed to produce maintainable, VFP-compliant code, and even if used, will severely limit your ability to modify or maintain the app. Time to rewrite.
