Try www.installsite.com; this is a user community focused on installers built on the Windows Installer technology. Unfortunately, you aren't going to like their advice, which is almost certain to be to switch to one of the fuller commercial Windows Installer technology products like IS 3.0, but you don't have to listen to the reasonable recommendations of people who have a clue about what they're doing.
