Here are a few more details: there are 3 tables: A, B, and C. Both A and C have one-to-many relationships to B. The link between A & B is shown if these are the first two tables added to the DE. When C is added, no link to B is shown (even though the link shows in the Database Designer). If a new form is created and C is added to the Data Environment first, then the relationship between it and B is shown when B is added next, but the link that was previosly shown between A and B is not shown when A is added.

It seems that I can have only one link showing in the DE at a time.
