Art Museum is good, there's also a more traditional museum downtown that's good. For places to eat, a tradional favorite for visitors is MADER'S (it's downtown). I'm not sure if the Miller Brewery still does tours, I wouldn't go out of my way to do that. If you have time, go to Miller Park. I don't know if they have Miller Park tours this time of year but there's a restaurant (TGI Friday's) in there and a gift shop. Food at Friday's is OK, it's more of a unique setting to eat lunch if anything. If you're looking for night life, just about any joint in the Third Ward will be good. The Third Ward is a small area of city blocks, located east of Water St. and south of the freeway that runs east-west, near the lakefront (not far from the Art Museum).
That should keep you busy for a day.
