Yes, I had opriginally thought about using blank records to fill the empty slots but given that if I add 15 empty records and one report returns 20 records an fills up the page, the next returns 22 records and causes a second page to print with 2 records with of grid lines. I am trying to find a way to ensure that empty lines are only printed down to the bottom of the final page and am starting to think it is not possible outside of VBA. Thanks J.
