Iain, All my programs are not very complicated. I use form designer to do all the jobs. The tables are in the dataenvironment. As PACK, ZAP are not allowed in shared files I need to replace them by delete and use another form to handle the files exclusively to PACK them. Alternatively I recycle the deleted records for later use.
