I'm not sure where the Hyatt is located. Maders is downtown in the Olde World district. This is by far the best restaurant in Milwaukee. Try to catch the sunday brunch. If you like Tai food, try The King and I. For good local beer, try The Rock Bottom Brewery, also downtown across the street from The King and I.
