>>There is no contract. As a fall out of the current situation, this division's lawyer is writing a contract. I have given a list of requirements to the lawyer that the consulting company must provide as part of the system development process. The contract will also state that we are taking over roll of project manager and and designs must be approved before development occurs.
John, I though you were in law school. Isn't the first thing a lawyer learns, that a contract isn't worth the paper it is written?
The situation will get better because I will not allow it to continue. I would rather eat the cost of development so far and bring a crew of 4 or 5 developers on site and get the app redone from scratch in about 14 months.
