Michel,

Waiting about two weeks and hearing nothing seems to be the modern way to say 'no, sorry'.

People/companies have a lot of trouble actually saying those words these days.

As I have said before, I am sure that the Universal Thread is WIDELY recognized already - hell, I even saw it mentioned in a place which rarely mentions *any* outside interest - the MS VFP Owner's Area!

Cheers,
Jim N

However, if you look closer in the "release.doc" file, which is part of the set of files we need to download, you will see that there is a mention stating "I represent and warrant that my company owns the rights to the solution named in the Profile."

>As per our discussion, when I was told it was ok to do this workaround, the point "...owns the rights to the solution..." is conflicting here as the person, who will represent the solution, is not the owner.

>The reason I am creating this email almost 2 weeks after I discovered this is because I had to restart my research again in order to obtain a response on this. I didn't want to post something before I was receiving an answer. However, after having send emails and left messages, no one from Microsoft has responded so far.

>Many reasons have forced me to change my mind about this contest. That statement as well as many others we discussed so far are difficult to understand. One of those reason is the search of getting information about this contest related to the fact that is it extremly difficult to talk to someone who know something about this contest. So far, the stats are showing that I was able to speak with someone who knew something about this contest only once after having left tons of emails and voice mails. Now, as for this new situation regarding that statement, after almost 2 weeks, I can't get anything again.

>Thanks.
