I don't have any available right now but you can basically get away with creating 2 columns on a sheet of paper. On the left side write the "input" of the system (i.e. Case record is deleted), and on the right side, the system's reaction to that input (i.e. Delete all requests related to the case that has been deleted).

Look at your collection of Code magazine (you DO keep them around, right?). There are a couple of very good articles from Ellen Whitney.

I too get weary of the example where the user orders movie tickets. It reminds me of 20 years ago, when Flowcharts where the only design tools available, and more charts where done on changing a flat tire than people killed in the name of noble ideas throughout history.

A few of the use cases I have are actually hand-written and have remained so, but I'll try to dig up something for you.
