I am unable to install VFP7 because the component "IE5.5 and Internet Tools" will not install. I cannot figure out what's going wrong. The message states: "For detailed information on errors during setup see the installation log" but it does not indicate how to find the installation log.

As per the instructions in the ReadMe, I tried installing the IE5.5 component directly from the CD (\WCU\ie55\IE5Setup.Exe), but it failed and gave me the message: Setup was unable to install all the components. Please close all applications and try running Setup again" (but all applications were closed). Pressing the Help button gave this additional message: "It appears you have the correct setup files, but instatllation failed. Try closing down all other programs and try running Setup again. If that still does not work, contact Microsoft Product Support Services for additional help."

Any ideas on how to diagnose the problem?

This is running on an old PC (a Pentium 133), Win/NT 4.0. I successfully applied SP6.
