Hi Fabio,
I don't know of any MS source. The only reason I know is through experience. I've had clients that wanted to use peer-to-peer networking with their current Win95/98 installations. In the beginning, I tried to get it to work. It would for 1 or 2 users. Then a 3ed would attempt to connect and nothing would work right. Some files weren't able to be opened. In addition, access was slow for the files it could open.

The problem is that neither OS was designed with the capabilities to act as a server for more than 2 maybe 3 users at a time. These machines were designed as clients to be used for limited file sharing between themselves. MS wants you to use a server OS for those cases where you need a machine to act as a file server.
