Follow Up: I did find the log file, its name is "Active Setup Log.txt". The log file indicates that a few operations failed, but does not give the reason or any suggested action. If anyone can interpret this file, please let me know and I'll email it to you. Alternately, does anyone know how to get help from MS on this? The log file was clearly written for a technician, not a layman.
