I've been playing around with the basic features of MM, trying out some of the things we plan to do in our next project. Basically, we want an Outlook-style interface, with top-level windows which open when the user clicks on a list in a windows on the desktop. Try opening a mail message in Outlook and you'll get the idea - the message opens in a new window that the user can find in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.

The problem is that both the main (desktop) window and the top-level windows need to have toolbars. I don't seem to be able to find out how to do this in the MM framework. I can get a toolbar working in the desktop window, but can't determine how to associate it to a top-level window. Is this possible?
