If you install from that CD, you won't have the Soap Toolkit. So, you'll have to install it manually.

You might have problem running the WebService.app wizard as this didn't work for me on 3 installations.

You will have to patch manually the IIS server. The .wsdl extension is not added. There is a section for ISAPI Listener.
