There is no reason to get snotty or personal.

My whole point is, if you want to use Microsoft software, you have to play by their rules. I'm not saying their rules are fair, but until the rules are changed, either voluntarily or by force, we have to follow them. If you don't like their rules, there are other vendors that you can go to.

I found the entire XP process to be very painless. They don't know who I am..all they have about me is an email address and an IP address. I'm still failing to see where this is intrusive.
