>>>If you mean icon attached to EXE (appeared in Windows Program), then you do it using "Project Information" dialog. If you mean icons on App forms, then you reset _Screen and Form Icon properties.

>>For the EXE you should also insure that the icon is saved as 32x32 and 16x16 or the Fox icon will still appear in Explorer.

Use \VFP\IMAGEDIT\IMAGEDIT.EXE. This is the image editor that comes with VFP. Open the ICO file in IMAGEDIT. Check the Icon Image pulldown. There should be 2 choice -- one ending in 32x32, the other in 16x16. If only the 32x32 is there do the following:
1. From the Edit menu, choose Copy. This copies the existing image to the Clipboard.
2. From the Edit menu, choose New Image. A dialog box specific to cursor or icon files appears.
3. Select the image type from the list (small icon 16-color 16x16), then choose OK.
4. From the Edit menu, choose Paste.
5. Save the ICO file.
