Hi Ed,

I copied code from your Destiny procedure to the separate program, changed file names and ran w/o any problem. It created exact copy of the input file. Maybe you're looking into wrong output file?
The line

gnFile = FCREATE('c:\'+cDestDirect+'\'+laFileList[i, 1]+cFileExt)

creates file with 2 extensions like FILENAME.TXT.000
Can you SUSPEND program just befor DO WHILE and trace it?
