Hi,
I read a very interesting article in Aug 2001 Advisor by Andrew McNeill on using Netmeeting as a support tool.

I ran Netmeeting up bu cant get past the first screen.
A message:
'There was a problem connectting to the Directory Server' pops up no matter which Server I select (e.g. ils.microsoft.com, ils1.microsoft.com etc)

I'm sure there is a fairly simple solution bu I cannot figure it out or get any further.

Any help appreciated.
