>I installed the new Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Kit from IBM. When I type, it looses a lot of key strokes. The support said that this might be normal for some installations. We have new batteries. Anyone else had this problem?

I don't have the IBM keyboard, but have several users with Logitech Wireless keyboards and mice, and in some cases there is sufficient IR interference in the room at a given frequency to cause a problem. The Logitech allows you to select from at least two distinct operating frequencies; in some cases, one of the two channel frequencies is cleaner than the other; in addition, it allows you to have two systems using their keyboard/mouse systems within 6' of each other, which otherwise might tend to interfere in not so amusing fashions.
