Click on the Filing Cabinet icon. The screen that appears will have several more Filing Cabinet icons on it. Click on the one labeled Win 32 & Other APIs. Another screen will appear with the files available for download from that section. Click on the title to download the zip file, then unzip it. I think this is the third or fourth item on the list.
