if you have microsoft office installed, somewhere on your machine there should be a file called "VBAOUTL9.CHM". This is the visual basic help file for outlook, and lists all of the properties and methods for automating outlook.
Help files for word and excel should be in the same directory.

The syntax for vb and foxpro is very similar so all of the examples will work with a few modifications.

Tip. VB uses "set" in front of createobject lines. This is not needed in foxpro
