not a foxpro problem but someone may know ? And it is for a Fxopro Intranet.

Doing an unattended setup of PWS on a WIN98 machine the following error came up.

Microsoft Transaction Server Setup
(X) Could not run "c:\windows\system\msdtc" - install -a -d
"c:\windows\system" -1
A device attached to the system is not functioning. Error = 0x0000001f

I've had a look around on the internet and the only reference I can find says "Sometimes happens, try it again"

Anyone here got any ideas whats wrong or where to look ?

The same setup works OK on another WIN98 machine
