Basic installstion is easy:
1. Generate Netsetup (don't include data files)
2. Put Netsetup package on network.
3. Deploy data files on server.
4. Ask users to run \\ServerX\Distrib\AppX\Setup.Exe.
5. Make the app to launch configuration utility when first time started.
