Howdy:
I need a chart or something that will help me to get used to VB commands and procs. I know Foxpro and am getting frustrated when it takes an hour of research to do something that would come naturly for me in Fox. Does anyone know of a doc, website or something that might help.

Also is there a command like refresh in VB ?
