I don't quite understand what is the problem. Perhaps you may want to state your problem in portuguese. I will answer in English, though, since I understand portuguese better than I write it.
What do you mean with "liberating"? The lock doesn't get released? Perhaps you have two related tables, and only release one. I don't know.
What is this message about the primary index? You lock records, not fields. I don't quite get this.
