Exactly! I would want to see an example of something they've done in the past - doesn't even have to function with data - and have them do something based on some specs. I also think they should have a willingness to learn more and new stuff.

BTW, how far is Hope Mills from Raleigh? I don't think it's very big as I came down here from NYC 11 years ago and have never heard of it...
