I have another request, while on a page of a pageframe I have a dropdown list that the operator can select a publisher. However if the publisher does not exist in the root table, I want to add a button that will call a modal form used by one of the other pages. More importantly I need to set the bizobject for that form to be the current primary business object. Add the new publisher plus address etc and then revert to the original form. The view feeding the dropdown must also be refreshed.
The new publisher can then be selected. I am sure there are more elegant ways of doing this, but this will suffice.
I have been trying to setPrimaryBizObj in the form activate event, but cannot work out the path. The Object list on the right click menu only goes back to the form itself. Also will the original form setPrimaryBizObj back the the Bizobj it requires, or must there be extra code to do that?
