What is also strange is it mentions in some pages how to connect to an existing network and doesn't rule-out joining a NT domain (which I know is only available on the pro edition). So, ya got me!

I'm not so sure...
PWS was unceremoniously and quietly removed from WinME.

I looked through WinXP-home features and WinXP-business comparison to WinXP-home and didn't find IIS mentioned at all.

My guess is that FrontPage Extensions documentation will be removed from XP-home. But who can say?!?!?
