We are planning an addition to a client's VFP6.0 application that will dial into the various Medicare facilities for upload and download.

From a web search it seems that CommTools by Magna Carta Software offers the features that we need. (ascii, Xmodem, Zmodem, DLL access).

I would like to hear from folks who have experience with CommTools. A search turned up a few posts and most sounded good or OK. But, since this will be a significant development operation with many "profiles" for the various state medicare agencies, I don't want a false start!
