Actually my purpose in capturing a VFP editor's window's entire block of text is a development one. The actual routine does certain code analysis, specifically looking for and dealing with declared vs. undeclared variables. It is not really a runtime value issue.

I simply need, in VFP 7, the ability to pragmatically capture the entire block of text in a VFP editor window. Again, this worked flawlessly in VFP 6.

Reaching for a needle in a haystack... Might there be some trick that "Beautify" uses to capture a window's text that would be available to developers? Thought I'd ask just in case. Any other creative suggestions?
