For MSGraph Office need not be installed. However different versions come with VFP, VS and Office. Once office installed and later uninstalled you start not to be able to install MSGraph. This bug and workaround is described in MSDN knowledgebases. In order to install MSGraph select MSGraph runtime in setup wizard.
If possible do not use MSGraph. It's slow, commands version dependant vice versa. MSChart astivex control (VS SP4 as I remember) is better and faster IMHO. For samples with MSGraph and MSChart check :

For MSChart2.0 I sent the header file and it should be in downloads section.
