Using Visual FoxPro 6 and SQL Server 7

Hey guys, have a little challenge here. I have a user table which has supporting tables such as address, phone, email etc. The user table stores the top level information such as the user name, description etc.

One user may have several phone numbers,address etc. If when I'm uploading data for one of these supporting tables during the addition of a new user I want to abort the addition of the user all together. How do I bunch this all together.

Do I manage the transaction from Visual FoxPro 6.0 or from SQL Server 7.0.
