It does, but it is NOT the standard gcc-2.95 version. I think they've use something called egcc, which is not as compatible. You might want to try creating a link using gcc as the softname and pointing to egcc. ???

Quanta+ also comes in a static version in an RPM that doesn't have to be compiled. A Mandrake RPM will probably work for RH.
