I was sick for the last 5 days and was unable to mail the CD to you.
But, I sent it airmail this morning (10/31/2001) and it should be there in 4 to 7 days. Amazingly, it only cost 4.78 US, which includes the 0.99 cent mailer.
The American phrase to describe that paultry amount is 'Chicken Feed'. :)
