>>>While I have no idea why this was a problem, the problem was that I couldn't pass more than 4 parameters to the form. It had nothing to do with the headers. So I collected the parameters into an object and passed the object and now all is well. This has to be the craziest bug I've encountered. Thanks to all who tried to help!

Don't have any vodka around, so I'd have logistic problems in learning the Russian keyboard layout :). I figure it'd be equally weird as the Hungarian layout, which I recommend as a replacement for alcohol: after typing a few kilos with it, you definitely don't need a drink.

In VFP5 I remember I had troubles, sometimes, with passing parameters to a simple .prg, when there were three or more. It would eat the first parameter, i.e. the first vanishes, second is accepted as first, third as second etc, and last one is .f. ... it appeared after some debugging, and would vanish after a few minor changes in the .prg and/or several recompiles. Never found a rule, and it appeared rarely enough.

It's one of those "sometimes" problems, like "in a hotel with 500 rooms, one tap leaks water five minutes a month, find and fix".
