The instructions in the KB here (red dice) - FAQ - Project Manager - Answer No. 2 apply if you have VFP5. I don't know if they work for VFP3.0b. If your image editor doesn't have the 16x16 option, you can fix that using Mr. Shevchenko's instructions in the FAQ - Visual FoxPro in general - Answer No. 4. However, if VFP3.0B is like 3.0, and not like 5.0, the 16x16 image will not get built into the executable even if your icon file contains one.

>For the application in 3.0b which is distributed using Setup Wizard I've done
>all this ( icon is shown 32x32 in imagedit and actually picked up from VFoxpro distribution ). But it is still a big fox head in Explorer for any fox-executable for the clean computer where the application installation took place. So it is for my development computer. Do you have any idea how to overcome that ?

>>>If you mean icon attached to EXE (appeared in Windows Program), then you do it using "Project Information" dialog. If you mean icons on App forms, then you reset _Screen and Form Icon properties.

>>For the EXE you should also insure that the icon is saved as 32x32 and 16x16 or the Fox icon will still appear in Explorer.
