Hi. Thanks for reply. Yes the network guy had put a firewall on DSL line. so is that way it can not connect to the server. I have a this problem on my laptop. and when I am at home I use Aol to get on to the internet and then also I get the same problem when try to use Netmeeting. is there anything in my network setting?
