Perhaps the person at Microsoft has his or her head stuck at 1989 and thus dBase IV. Sometimes the person working in the next cubicle does not know what you are doing. In a large corporation it is not unusual for people, products and divisions to take different paths. Could there be a communications problem between products? Impossible! This is all by design or rather lack of design.
