You can view MSM files with ORCA tool from microsoft, see mskb#Q255905.

The VFP 7 runtimes are the same as in VFP 6:
- VFP7r.dll
- VFP7renu.dll
- VFP7t.dll

Plus the VC++7 runtime (MSVCR70.DLL)
