foxhelp.chm and foxhelp.chi should be on your MSDN cds. Then:

1. Copy them to \program files\visual studio 6\visual foxpro 6

2. Open VFP6 and in Tools\Options\File Locations set Help file to foxhelp.chm...where you just copied it

3. Click Set as Default.
