Unless you actually check with your ISP provider don't assume that they allow netmeeting traffic to pass through. I think you would be hard pressed to find an ISP these days that doesn't protect themselves from traffic one way or another. I would definitaly check though from a different PC on the same LAN just to make sure that it isn't something buggy with your PC though.
