What version?
I understand VFP 7 (which I don't use yet) has some bugs here.
Setting a breakpoint on the method name (e.g.: "Click") works fine in VFP6, but I was informed that this didn't work reliably in VFP 7 either.
Get the latest SP as soon as it becomes available. I think it isn't available, yet.
The safest workaround for debugging seems to be to edit the code, and explicitly issue a "SET STEP ON".
Sometimes it helps to put something like "WAIT WINDOW", just to make sure a certain method gets called at all.
