Well I got the solution to this ..

The runtime error was "Field 'F1' doesn't exist on destination table 'Table1'
The thing that was happening was..
DoCmd.TransferText acImportDelim, , "Table1", "C:\My Documents\My.txt" creates the table "Table1" automatically and I had a table already existing by this name with diff Fields...and that was the problem.
