If it is in fact Netware that is buggering you you can do the following to ake it stop:

1. Right click on Netwiork Neighborhood and select properties
2. Double-click on Novell Netware Client
3. Click on Advanced Settings
4. Change the option Set Station Time to Off

This will turn i off and you should be able to manually change your PCs time and then log out and log on and see the same time. If it doesn't work then your PC is getting the incorrect time from the Windows NT domain and you will just have to wait for your lump of an administrator to stop pushing dougnuts into thir mouth long enough to correct a simpl problem.
